Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed as quickly and carefully as possible within 7 days. Some items are made to order and may be subject to 2 weeks lead time for production. If you require your item by a certain date, please get in touch to ensure your shipping date before you place an order.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details if applicable.

Local pick up is also available at our studio in East Vancouver, BC. Please select the local pick up option at check out and wait for us to get in touch with you to coordinate a pick up time once your order is ready. Learn more about Shipping & Returns here.
